I just thought I'd do a quick post on why being remarkable matters in the modern B2B business world. It's something I talk a lot about in the book and there's actually a really strong reason why you should become obsessed with turning your business into a remarkable business.
Yes, there's the financial reason and so I talk about businesses that can double their revenue every twelve months. So if you want to get to that stage where you have the ability see.
A lot of people because of capacity, things like that,
don't want to actually in reality do that and achieve that,
but they want to have the ability to do that.
So they've put in place remarkable marketing lead generation,
and that's followed up by a remarkable sales sales process customer acquisition.
So it's like a machine at the heart of the business that allows them to scale
and grow at whatever speed they want to.
And say, not taking four or five years like the average UK business takes,
it's actually the ability to grow your revenue every twelve months.
But there's the other side of the coin as well,
which is providing your users with a remarkable user experience.
So it doesn't matter if you've got a solution, a product,
or a service that you're actually selling to other businesses.
The actual experience that people have
as a customer or as they're going through your marketing process the experience they have
as they engage with you on the website,
that everything's there. It's a valuable resource of insights
and information that really helps them answer their questions,
but it also helps them to move along their decision making process in a very structured way.
I think that's really key that they feel comfortable with that
and they think everything they'll be sat back thinking,
wow, that really answered my question or that was really in-depth.
So again, your website is a big part of that remarkable user experience
because it's usually the first place that people will research if they're looking at you.
or they'll come and visit if they're going to start doing some
deeper research into some of your content
and maybe have seen a social media post come to the website from that.
Maybe they've read some of your content online, some of your articles,
or they've downloaded the guide. All of these things need to be
remarkable to really make that user experience right
from the first contact they have with you all the way through to being a customer.
And then beyond being a customer, I talk about how we turn customers into promoters,
and how we have this real client engagement piece,
such remarkable post sale as well.
So again, those are the two areas,
I think, and that's why it really matters
because when you get all of these areas right
and all of these elements right in your business and they are truly remarkable,
then you will totally dominate your industry.
You're going to grow your business exponentially. You're
going to dominate any of the competition out there
because they won't have gone to the same depth as you have to make that.
And there won't be as biocentric. You know, this is all about thinking about that via,
that person, that visit who's coming into contact with you,
not about you and selling your business to as many people as you can.
It's about knowing that you've tailored your offering,
tailored what you do to those buyers,
and you've listened to them. You've taken feedback from you.
You've constantly innovated in your business.
to make it remarkable. But that innovation isn't based on your thoughts.
It's based on solid data because you've got remarkable systems set up.
You've used technology new tools. You've used apps in the right way,
but you've also surveyed your customers.
You've listened to your customers, taken the feedback you've acted on that feedback.
And is this constant? They call it one percent incremental gain,
certainly. That's what being remarkable is about.
There's not this. massive push to be remarkable and then that's it.
It's a constant ongoing innovation in your business.
So that's why it's so important to be remarkable.
all today. So being remarkable does really matter
because it's going to differentiate you from everybody else out there in your sector.
And when you get to that point and it's gonna take you two to three years to get there,
you will dominate your market, your industry and sector,
and nobody else will near you. Alright. So hopefully that was useful.
